Booking and safety rules during treatments.
- If you have any symptoms of illness or feel unwell, please contact the salon owner in advance.
- When booking an appointment, please pay a deposit of at least 50% of the value of the treatment, it is deducted from the final price of the treatment. The deposit should be paid within 8 hours of booking the desired treatment, then the payment screen should be sent to the owner of the salon (appointed to coordinate the records).
- Failure to pay the deposit means that no appointments will be available for other clients, and there is no guarantee of a place.
- The deposit should be paid to the indicated bank account: Ewa Nieczypor, sort code : 608371, account no: 48880133 / title : city + date of treatment.
- The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation later than 48 hours before the service.
- Appointment reservations can be made directly with the salon owner.
- Please do not come to your appointment with accompanying persons or children, especially small ones.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the operator refusing to perform the treatment, cancelling the appointment for reasons on the client’s side. Thus, the deposit will be forfeited.
